3. PLL Filter

The AT7910E uses an internal PLL to provide the base transmit clock signal for the SpaceWire interfaces. External

components are required to implement the PLL loop filter and to provide a bias for the PLL VCO.

Note that RVCO, C and C0 are all connected to a quiet common ground track.

Dedicated decoupling capacitors are also required for the PLL power supply.
